Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Stanton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and in general includes the following: The Work generally includes replacing existing central heating systems with new central heating and cooling systems. The new condensing units will be placed at the exterior with new electrical run with disconnect. The Bids will be lump sum for base bid and additive alternate bids for additional apartment units. B. C. The Dwelling units and Buildings will be OCCUPIED during the entire construction period. Contractor shall be aware and coordinate construction activities, to limit the burden to the Residents. Location of Project: Housing Authority site in Stanton, Texas. Project site, Site 01 , 02 , & 03, near 408 E. Carpenter Street; Stanton, Texas. D. Type of Contract; Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
