Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Smithville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will consist of construction of a multiuse trail in the community of Smithville. The project will include grading, concrete trail pavement, pedestrian facilities, sidewalk curb ramps, and drainage improvements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, offers, or proposals submitted, or to advertise for new bids with the MoDOTs concurrence. The City reserves the right to defer the acceptance of any proposal and the execution of a contract for a period not exceeding one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of opening of the bids. The successful bidder to whom the contract has been awarded shall sign the contract and performance bond and other required certificates in triplicate and return the signed documents within fifteen (15) days after the date of their receipt.
