Project consists of chip sealing with 3/8-inch chip seal over the entire width of PROJECT AREA AS DEFINED IN APPENDIX SCHEDULE AND PROJECT MAP. This is approximately 2,120 lineal feet of pavement and 5,388 SY of pavement area. Amendment due to possible incremental weather. Each proposal shall be completely sealed in a package addressed as required. A contract will be awarded or all bids rejected within 45 days after the bid opening. Work shall be completed by November 20, 2026 once contract is approved by council for Notice to Proceed. The CITY OF LA CENTER reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any and all bids received or to waive any minor formalities of this call if in the judgment of the City Council the best interest of the City would be served.
