Fresno Unified School District proposes development of an approximately 18.28-acre Career Technical Education facility supporting Sunnyside High School’s Agriscience & Technology programme. The project includes instructional facilities for agricultural science, construction education and cold-form metal fabrication; crop production areas; livestock facilities; an instructional wastewater treatment system; Country Store; show barn; black soldier fly composting facility; parking, internal roadways, utilities, landscaping, fencing, lighting, solar energy systems and associated agricultural support infrastructure. Construction is planned in two primary phases between 2027 and 2029, potentially divided into up to four non-concurrent subphases depending on available funding.
