Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dandridge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Roof replacement for the Town Hall and Visitor Center, including all associated appurtenances. Hickman Tavern (Dandridge Town Hall): The existing roof is side-gabled and low-pitched and sheathed with asphalt shingles. The Town intends to replace this existing roofing material with metal . The new metal roof must be compatible with the size, scale, material, and color of the historic building. Bidders must provide cost estimates for traditional or rolled seam metal roofing material with a height of 1" to 1.5", a width of between 12" and 14", and concealed fasteners. Materials must be painted or terne-coated. Modern snap-lock systems typical with standing seam metal roofing materials is not compatible. Hyper-shiny finishes or synthetic textures are not compatible and will not be accepted. Please note, the awarded bidder must provide specifications sheets and any related information for the Town to submit to the THC for review and approval.
