Question Deadline 10/26/2026 An Offeror may submit questions and comments regarding this RFP only to the Purchasing Agent. To receive an answer, the Offeror must submit all questions and comments no later than seven (7) days before the Due Date. The Town seeks a qualified contractor to construct the Town Hall Site Work (the "Work"), to include full stormwater infrastructure, grading, paving and concrete work, landscaping, right-of-way improvements, accompanying utility work, the items listed in Scope of Services provided in this Contract, and in accordance with the approved site plan entitled "Haymarket Town Center Redevelopment", prepared by Rinker Design Associates, PC, dated April 14, 2023 (the "approved site plan"). The approved site plan is attached as an appendix. All elements of the Work as more particularly described in the approved site plan shall be evaluated, addressed and included in the Proposal. The Town of Haymarket is requesting bids for the exterior site work at the Town Hall complex. Site Work includes stormwater infrastructure, curb and gutter, repaving and the addition of a turn lane on the adjoining road.
