Cleaning services on TUESDAY & THURSDAY between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM Restrooms (6 total) - WEEKLY o Clean Toilets/Urinals o Wipe down sinks o Wipe down door handles o Clean mirrors o Restock paper products o Restock soaps (as needed) o Mop floors o Dust air vents (MONTHLY) All Common Area Hallways - WEEKLY o Vacuum hallways o Empty trash and recycling containers o Disinfect touch points (entry ways, main lobby) o Clean outside/inside glass doors o Dust windowsills and chamber desk in Council Chambers o Mop main floor lobby marble floors (Monthly) Employee Break Rooms - WEEKLY o Vacuum break rooms o Empty trash and recycling containers o Clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks, and tables All Stairwells - WEEKLY o Sweep and mop hard surfaces o Vacuum carpeted stairwells o Disinfect handrails Elevator - WEEKLY o Vacuum Floors o Disinfect touch points Cleaning services on TUESDAY & THURSDAY Restrooms - WEEKLY o Clean Toilets/Urinals o Wipe down sinks o Wipe down bathroom stalls/walls o Clean mirrors o Restock paper products o Restock soaps (as needed) o Mop floors o Dust air vents (MONTHLY) Breakroom - WEEKLY o Vacuum carpeted areas o Empty trash containers o Clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks, and tables o Clean outside/inside lobby door o Mop hard surfaces (MONTHLY) Offices - WEEKLY o Vacuum carpeted areas o Dust window ledges o Clean windows (MONTHLY) Restroom cleaning services on Monday thru Saturday between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM General cleaning services on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Restrooms - DAILY o Clean Toilets/Urinals o Wipe down sinks o Wipe down door handles o Clean mirrors o Restock paper products o Restock soaps (as needed) o Mop floors o Dust air vents (MONTHLY) All Common Area Hallways - WEEKLY o Vacuum public spaces o Empty trash and recycling containers (breakroom included) o Disinfect touch points (entry ways, main lobby, children play areas, teen room) o Clean outside/inside glass entry doors o Dust windowsills in the main lobby and second floor o Clean windows in the main lobby and second floor o Mop main floor lobby o Clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks, and tables Stairwells - WEEKLY o Sweep and mop hard surfaces o Disinfect handrails Elevator - WEEKLY o Vacuum Floors o Disinfect touch points The undersigned agrees to furnish the services described in the Agreement(s) for cleaning services at city owned facilities beginning January 4, 2027 through December 31, 2027 in accordance with the terms of this proposal and agreement at the rates entered below at such time as they may be requested by the City.
