At Stevens Correctional Center and Jail, there are two (2) existing metal buildings that are on existing concrete pads. The contractor must install new perimeter security fence around the two (2) existing metal buildings. The contractor must install super maze razor wire on the new perimeter security fence. The contractor must replace the existing two gate operators with new. Below is additional information concerning the project: 1 . Perimeter security fence, metal building no. 1 : a. The contractor must install a new twelve ( 12 ') feet high chain link perimeter security fence around existing metal building no. 1. The contractor must connect the new perimeter security fence to the existing chain link perimeter security fence in two (2) different locations. The contractor must install one (1) new chain link fence man gate. The contractor must install new thirty (30") inch super maze razor wire on the new perimeter security fence. Additional Left side of the existing metal building no. 1 : The contractor must install approximately thirteen ( 13 ') feet of new twelve (12') feet high chain link fence that connects to the existing perimeter security fence and across the existing concrete sidewalk at approximately forty-five (45) degrees and ends at the existing parking lot side of the parking lot. The contractor must continue and install approximately twenty-one (21') feet of new twelve (12') feet high chain link fence that is located approximately one ( 1 ) feet from the left side of the existing concrete pad. Front side of the existing metal building no . 1 : 1) The contractor must install approximately sixty-seven (67') feet of new twelve ( 12 ') feet high chain link fence that is located approximately one ( 1 ') feet from the front of the existing concrete pad. Right side of the existing metal building no. 1 : The contractor must install approximately thirty-one (31') feet of new twelve ( 12') feet high chain link fence that connects to the right side of the front new twelve (12') feet high chain link fence. The contractor must install one ( 1) three (3 ') feet wide by seven (7') feet high new chain link man gate with five (5') feet high of chain link fence overtop. The man gate must be located approximately three (3 ') feet from the front right corner. The contractor must install one ( 1) gate latches for lock. Back side of the existing metal building no. 1 : 1) The contractor must install approximately sixteen (16') feet of new twelve (12') feet high chain link fence. The contractor must connect the new twelve ( 12') feet high chain link fence with the existing perimeter security fence. The contractor must cut a small hole in the new twelve (12') feet high chain link fence where the outer sallyport gate slider bar will go through whenever the gate operator is in operation. f. Thirty (30") inch super maze razor wire: 1) The contractor must install one (1) horizontal row of thirty (30") inch super maze razor wire over the top areas of the new perimeter security fence.
