Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Welch, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 600-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of the construction of a new Linkous Pool Facility. The scope includes a 20-foot by 30-foot building with a 6-inch finished concrete floor and 12-inch by 15-inch concrete perimeter. Exterior walls will be 8-inch concrete block, 12 rows high, with vermiculite insulation in the blocks. The building will have a truss roof with 5/8-inch OSB sheathing and a metal roof, vinyl soffit, and metal in gables. Interior work includes an R-19 insulated ceiling with a 2-foot by 4-foot fire-rated drop ceiling and track, 2-foot by 4-foot LED flat panel lights, and 20-minute fire-rated doors. The building will feature two 4-foot by 4-foot front windows. Restrooms will include two showers and two ADA commodes in the women's restroom, and two showers, one ADA commode, and one urinal in the men's restroom. The scope also covers locker installation, connection to existing sewer and water systems, and a 6-foot by 6-foot room with an access window. The facility will have a 200-amp electrical service.
