Description

Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Welch, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade detention facility.

The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting bids on behalf of Stevens Correctional Center and Jail to establish a contract for a lump sum quotation for two prefabricated metal buildings. The facility is located at 795 Virginia Avenue, Welch, WV 24801 in McDowell County. The project is referred to as the Prefabricated Metal Buildings Project. Bidders are to provide a total bid amount for the completion of the project as described.
