Sealed bids will be received by the McDowell County Commission of Welch, West Virginia for the demolition of selected properties. Neither the County Commission nor the County Clerk will be responsible in the event that the U.S. Postal Service or any other carrier system fails to deliver the sealed bid to the County Clerk by the given deadline above. No bids will be accepted via facsimile or electronic submission. The County Commission Reserves the Right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities in any or all bids, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
