The City of Webster City, hereinafter called the Jurisdiction has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the Contract Documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements. The 2027 HMA Improvements Project is located on numerous City Streets within the City of Webster City, including Division Street from Beach Street to Superior Street, Water Street from Seneca Street to Superior Street, Elm Street from Willson Avenue to Superior Street, and Locust Street from Lynx Avenue to Beach Street. The project consists of approximately 28 minor adjustments to manholes with PCC boxouts, 1,747 LF of PCC curb and gutter, 21,820 SY of 1.5-inch thick intermediate layer asphalt overlay, 21,820 SY of 1.5-inch thick surface layer asphalt overlay, 21,820 SY of asphalt milling, 8 SY of 4- inch thick PCC sidewalk, 8 SY of sidewalk removal, 3 STA of pavement markings, asphalt and PCC samples and testing, traffic control, mobilization, SWPPP control measures, and other related items. Hot Mix Asphalt improvements project involving roadway infrastructure work.
