Proposed Athletic Facility All technical questions regarding the bid should be directed to Mr. William Devine (wdevine@thepalombogroup.com) with a copy to Ms. Meghan Useo (meghan.useo@lanassociates.com). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check made payable to the Chester Union Free School District or by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their respective bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date, unless otherwise authorized by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the District further reserves the right to reject bids that contain conditions, omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in its sole discretion to waive any irregularities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the District is in its best interest. The construction cost estimate represents the entire project.
