The following specifications are intended to describe providing and installing a Provide & Install a 10kW Generac Generator at the Sumerco Tower Site for the Kanawha County Commission Office of Emergency Services 10kW Generac Generator at the Sumerco Tower Site for the Kanawha County Commission Office of Emergency Services. The details contained in these Specifications are not designed to exclude any vendor from bidding, but are offered as a means of describing the needs of the Kanawha County Commission Office of Emergency Services. Where brand names may be used, the words "or equal" are assumed to follow. All specifications are minimum requirements. The contractor shall provide a complete turnkey installation of a standby generator system, including all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, coordination, and testing required for a fully operational system . Contractor shall warrant all workmanship for a period of one (1 ) year from the date of substantial completion. During this period, contractor shall promptly correct, at no cost to the Owner, any defects arising from improper installation or workmanship All work shall be performed in-house with no subcontracting
