Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Severn, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Development of a passive park on Municipal waterfront property at 3253 Port Severn Road along the shoreline of Little Lake in Port Severn. The following park features are considered: accessible washroom facilities, picnic and shade areas, park seating and furniture, naturalized gardens, public art, cultural and heritage interpretation, improved docks, canoe and kayak access, fencing and other site improvements where needed. TIMELINE: Conceptual design has been completed by the consultants and is being discussed by the community members. Community feedback is being reviewed and used to refine the preferred concept. A final concept plan and cost estimate are being prepared. Detailed design, tender and construction schedules will be established at a later date. Further update in winter/spring, 2027.
