Wilkes-Barre Area School District - Remove/Replace Pool Deck Tile Bid Package No. 1 - Tile, Remove/Replace Cut-off date for inquiries and issuance of Bid Documents to prospective Bidders will be Monday, October 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM. All inquiries regarding the Bid Documents shall be directed to Dave Sandri, Project Manager, Apollo Group, Inc. and Max Rosen, Project Manager, Apollo Group, Inc. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to both: dsandri@apolloinc.com and mrosen@apolloinc.com. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Proposal Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total base proposal. The successful proposer will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. The Wilkes-barre Area School District Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informality In Order To Reject Any Or All Bids. The required Substantial Completion date for the Tile Replacement portion of the project is Friday, June 4 , 2027
