Ironton Building Demolition Project Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security amount shall be equal to 5% of the bid amount and, if furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. A certified check, cashier's check or money order in the same amount is acceptable bid guaranty. LCPA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who in their consideration offered the lowest responsive and responsible bid. LCPA also reserves the right to hold all bids for 60 days. Question Deadline 10/30/2026 Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing via email to Jeremy Clay., Chief Operating Officer of LEDC at jeremy@ledcorp.org. To be given consideration, request for such interpretation must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
