Demolition of structure at 41 Shenango - Work under Contract 2026-07 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, utilities, and services required for the demolition of 41 Shenango Avenue. The project is located in the Borough of Greenville Mercer County. All work shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. All materials and equipment furnished shall conform to the descriptions and requirements and all work shall be constructed complete in order to provide the OWNER with an operable installation which is ready for service. Work under Contract No. 2026-07 includes work shown on the Drawings and described in these Technical Specifications in: Division 1 , General Requirements, Division 2, Existing Conditions; Division 32, Exterior Improvements . This Contract includes site and other activities traditionally recognized as general construction. It also includes administrative and coordination responsibilities. The work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Demolition of existing structures. 2 . Removal and disposal of all construction materials. 3. Any restoration work related to project construction including but not limited to fine grading, site restoration, and seed/soil/mulch. Obtaining the Bidding Documents - Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. local time and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
