Brookside Cemetery Perimeter Fence Installation -- The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, and incidentals required to install approximately 990 linear feet of 6-foot-high spear-top ornamental metal fencing at the Historic Brookside Cemetery in Fellsmere, Florida. 1. Fence Installation Install approximately 990 linear feet of ornamental steel/aluminum spear-top fencing. Fence height shall be 6 feet above finished grade. Fence shall be black powder-coated unless otherwise approved by the City. All fence panels, posts, brackets, fasteners, and accessories shall be supplied by the contractor. Fence shall be installed plumb, level, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Gate Installation Provide and install three (3) double-swing vehicle access gates, each measuring 16 feet wide. Gate requirements: Heavy-duty hinges and latch assemblies. Lockable gate hardware. Gate posts are designed to support gate weight and wind loads. Gates shall match the fence style and finish. Orange St., Fellsmere, FL 32948. The opening of the sealed bids are open to the public and the public is invited to attend. Bids received after the time established for the opening of bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened, subject to the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders. All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Proposal forms provided in the Specifications.
