Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in New Providence, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a road / highway.

Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Owner's representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid. The Project consists of two (2) Base Bids that include improvements to Union Avenue (from Springfield Avenue to Mountain Avenue). Base Bid A consists of improvements from Station 1 + 00 to Station 34+25, and Base Bid ' B' consists of improvements from Station 34 + 25 to 72 + 23. Improvements include milling, paving, HMA pavement repair, installation of compliant curb pieces, sidewalk repair, curb repair, driveway apron repair, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, traffic striping and markings, as well as any other improvements depicted within the Construction Plans. The improvements also include paving within the New Jersey Transit R.O.W. and requires coordination with New Jersey Transit. Improvements to Union Avenue including milling, paving, HMA pavement repair, installation of compliant curb pieces, sidewalk repair, curb repair, driveway apron repair, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, traffic striping and markings, and paving within the New Jersey Transit R.O.W.
