Description

Demolition, site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Fredonia, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Demolition of existing field lighting fixtures and/or utility poles and replacement with energy-efficient LED fixtures. Additional work includes trenching, backfilling, excavation, aiming of lights, electrical inspection, and underground installation of electric wires under 15KV. i. Remove thirty-two (32) existing light fixtures and overhead cables to poles. ii. Remove nine (9) existing 50 wood poles and replace them with nine (9) 60 Class 3 wood poles (poles provided by City). iii. Install 10 crossarms on each pole. iv. Install forty (40) new LED stadium fixtures (provided by City) including all controls and wire. v. Install a new 400A electrical service and connect the existing 200A panel to the new service. vi. Install a new lighting contactor and all necessary underground conduit and circuits to the new light poles. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
