Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in La Grange Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Sewer repair and rehabilitation project. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond. The improvements to be completed as part of this project are located throughout the Village of La Grange Park. The scope of work includes the necessary work to improve and rehabilitate various sections of combined sewer pipes in the Village of La Grange Park. This improvement shall include, but not be limited to, sewer lateral repairs, main-line sewer repairs, restoration, and other necessary work to properly complete this project in accordance with the specifications and bidding documents. All work for this project must be completed by April 30th, 2027. The services under this contract shall consist of all work necessary to improve and rehabilitate the the combination sewer pipes throughout the Village of La Grange Park. The sewer replacement shall consist of replacing various depths of sewer main without service connections. The pipe replacements are located in paved streets. The above-mentioned work is to be done in accordance with the applicable project specifications found in this booklet. All restoration work shall be included in the cost of the respective sewer repair
