Renovation of a detention facility in Bartow, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This work consists of the following: 1. Upgrade/replace the existing Locks and Control Systems throughout the facility in the Administration, all housing units, Main control, front bunker, rear entry, all vehicle and pedestrian gates and any support buildings as identified by the Contract Documents. 2. Replace AC units in electrical control rooms that are not functioning correctly. 3. Replace existing Fire exit doors and locks, as necessary, with connectivity to system including adding new control locks, local alarm and push data, and connectivity to Control system (TS). Question Deadline 11/09/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions, substitutions, and prebid correspondence shall be submitted via messages in electronically. The Owner & Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals, which they feel are in their best interest.
