Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Roswell, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Working time for completion of this Project is 175 working days. Following Contract execution, and upon authorization by NMMI, the Contractor shall commence required submittal, procurement, coordination, and preconstruction activities. NMMI may authorize limited construction or enabling activities during the spring semester where such activities can be performed without materially interfering with academic operations. The Contractor shall schedule and coordinate the Work so that major construction activities are prepared to commence following graduation in May. The commencement and duration of the construction period shall be established by the Notice to Proceed issued by NMMI. NMMI intends to execute the Contract following completion of the procurement process to facilitate early material procurement and preconstruction activities. Upon Contract execution and authorization by NMMI, the Contractor shall initiate submittals, material and equipment procurement, fabrication, coordination, and other activities necessary to support the Project schedule. Complete HVAC replacement for Willson Hall at the New Mexico Military Institute. Work includes coordination of construction activities, preconstruction, and material procurement.
