The Town of Acton is soliciting bids for cleaning services at the Municipal Building located at 35 H Road. Cleaning will include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, surface cleaning and more. Cleaning must be done on Thursday's from 9:00am -12:00noon. The chosen party must be thorough in their field, trustworthy, and able to commit to the dedicated schedule. This position will be an independent contractor and must have liability insurance and workers compensation (or proof of the State exemption). The Acton Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
