This work package includes the design, furnishing, and construction of a weathertight pre-engineered metal building. In addition to the building envelope, this work includes all interior walls and ceilings. MWH Constructors, as the Construction Manager at Risk, is requesting proposals for the Pre-engineered Metal Building for the Lagoon Aeration & Tertiary Treatment Upgrades Project starting in 2026 at the Anson Madison Sanitary District. As of October 7, 2025, construction is expected to start April 2026 and complete January 2027. The Project consists of the construction of a 4,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building, utility infrastructure, and the installation of new treatment equipment. Generally, this work includes the design, furnishing, and construction of a weather tight pre-engineered steel building. In addition to the building envelope, this work includes all interior walls and ceilings. All labor, construction equipment, tooling, and permanent or temporary material required to perform the scope of work identified above is included. Please include in your project approach a minimum of three proposed interim milestones for the purpose of understanding your intent regarding sequence and to facilitate monitoring schedule adherence. The final interim milestones will be as mutually agreed and included in the subcontract Disclaimer/Agency Not a Party: This Contract is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), USDA Rural Development (USDA), Northern Borders Regional Commission (NBRC), and Congressionally Directed Spending through the EPA. This Contract contains requirements from all of these funding agencies. Neither the funding agencies, nor any of their departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this contract. The word "agency" in the contract documents refers to these funding agencies. Award of any Contract will be contingent upon final financial agreements between the Owner and the funding agencies.
