This RFP generally includes furnishing all labor, tooling, and permanent or temporary material required to perform the following scope of work o In the existing Treatment Lagoon Cell 1B, remove all existing surface aerators and mixers and install the new diffused aeration system (provided by others). o Remove and replace the floating baffle curtains in the Treatment Lagoon and the Polishing Pond. o Supply and install two heavy-duty submersible low-head fan pumps to recirculate water from Cell 2 back to Cell 1A. General Notes/Clarifications: o The subcontractor is responsible for own layout. o The electrical demolition of the surface aerators and mixers in Cell 1B is not part of this RFP. o The scope of supply for the diffused aeration equipment installed under this RFP is designated in Specification Section 13221.03. Additional information on this system is provided in the Attachments of the Technical Specifications provided in this RFP. This work generally includes installing a new diffused air system in the lagoon, furnishing and installing new floating baffle curtains, and furnishing and installing submersible fan pumps in the lagoon. All work is expected to be completed in 2026.
