The substantial completion date for this project is November 21st, 2025. The completion date for this project is May 22nd, 2026. Liquidated damages of $500/calendar day will be assessed on uncompleted work. A bid bond shall be submitted with appropriate bid forms in the amount of 5% of the total contract value. Also, payment and performance bonds will be required from the Contractor who is awarded this contract if the value of the bid exceeds $99,999.99. Retainage in the amount of 10% will be held from each progress payment and shall be released at the discretion of the Project Manager. Payments shall be made by the City to the Contractor 30 days after receipt of the request for payment.
