Proposals must be submitted in writing and comply with the provided instructions. The City of Auburn reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive any informality it may determine necessary. Evaluation criteria may include bidder qualifications, price, experience, financial standing with the City, warranties, references, bonding, delivery date, and service. Vendors or contractors must be current on all amounts due to the City prior to contract agreement. All proposals must include FOB to Auburn, Maine unless specified otherwise.
