The City of Augusta is accepting proposals for a qualified contractor to provide masonry repairs at City Hall. The selected contractor shall provide services described in the scope of work located within this RFSB. The City expects that all Contractors bidding on this RFSB will possess the knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this RFSB, to do so to industry standards, manufacturers recommendations, and any and all applicable law, rules, regulations, and codes related to this type of project. Replace the column bases with a formed and poured curb to match the existing CMU color B. Replace all the sealant in the vertical construction joints C. Replace all the sealants around all the buildings windows D. Replace the sealant between the sidewalk and the building. E. Repoint the mortar joint between the brick and block transition F. Repair the lintels. Remove the existing sealant. Touch up the paint on the steel and install new sealant. G. Repair cap stones on the 2 wing walls adjacent to the side door. H. Clean all brick surfaces and all CMU surfaces. I. Seal CMU surfaces with siloxane. J. Repair spalled concrete on sidewalk and damaged stamped concrete at the front of the building. K.
