Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, March 31, 2023. This project is replacing the roof at the Central Fire Station, 289 Main St, Bangor, ME. Replacement should include: 1. Removal of all existing roof systems on Roofs 1, 2, and 3 and membrane removal only for Roofs 4, 5, and 6. 2. Repair/replacement of any existing conditions to remain. 3. Installation of a new adhered EPDM roof system with insulation per project documents with details flashings completed per manufacturers requirements. 4. Installation of new wood blocking and perimeter edge metal. 5. Installation of protection mats and walkway mats at identified areas around roof. 6. Removal of all debris and cleaning around the building.
