Demolition, site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new 28' x 46'-8" booster pump station constructed of CMU and brick veneer walls, standing seam metal roof, equipped with two horizontal single stage centrifugal pumps, associated piping and pipe supports, VFDs, hypochlorite chemical feed system, electrical, lighting, heat pumps, and interior natural gas emergency standby generator. The site work includes clearing, grubbing, grading, paved access driveway, sidewalk, chain link fence, swing gate, site piping, plantings and electrical service as shown on the design plans. American Iron and Steel This project is funded through the Maine Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The project must meet all requirements of the Drinking Water Program, including but not limited to the purchase and support of American iron and steel products. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials.
