Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Bangor invites sealed proposals from qualified contractors to pave the existing Essex Woods/Dog Park parking lot. Work will also include removing the existing surface, re-grading the lot and the installation of 244 linear feet of 12" HDPE storm drain, 102 linear feet of 15" HDPE storm drain, and installing three (3) new catch basins. All questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M. on August 11, 2023. The City will issue addenda no later than 4:30 P.M. on August 16, 2023 in response to any questions or inquiries raised at the pre-bid meeting or submitted in writing.
