Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Remove existing Trane Air Handling Unit (AHU), existing curb, concrete pad, wiring, and associated ductwork. Provide and install new 10,000 CFM AHU with gas-fired furnace, new cub, concrete pad, gas piping, wiring, and associated ductwork. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of Bond, as well as a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the value of the work are required. Questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 P.M., Tuesday, July 18, 2023. The City will issue a response on or before 4:30 P.M, Thursday, July 20, 2023. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be available on the City's website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal or to accept any proposal in the interest of the Owner.
