Heating System Upgrade project located at 175 Fruit Street, Bangor, Maine, for the Bangor School Department A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. Remove existing steam system, including all piping, traps, boilers, pumps, unit ventilators, and other terminal units. Install new hydronic piping, boilers, energy recovery units, new sump pump, new unit ventilators, ductwork, and variable refrigerant flow system. Install new electrical panel and all associated conduits, conductors, and breakers.
