Renovation of a military facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management is conducting a competitive bid process for the Building #260 AASF, Roof Repair Project, 92 Hayes Street, Bangor, Maine. This project consists of repairing certain sections of roof for Building #260 AASF. Remove the existing "TPO" Thermoplastic Polyolefin membrane and underlayment. The Contractor shall install some additional metal decking, insulation, underlayment, fascia and a new EPDM roof membrane system.
