Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope of Work Summary: The roof repair project includes demolition of the existing roof systems including membrane, flashings, insulation, cover boards, etc. The work includes the installation of new insulation, cover board, 60mil EPDM membrane, roof drains, flashing, etc. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. The Davis-Bacon Act requirements apply to this project.
