Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Bangor requests bids for removal of existing traffic signals, wood poles and equipment, and the construction of new sidewalk bump-outs with new ADA crosswalks and RRFB's at the intersection of State Street and Forest Avenue. The project will include a catch basin install, some granite curb replacement, sidewalk pavement, along with other incidental work. The work contemplated under the terms of this contract consists of the following general items of work: o Remove existing signal equipment and wood poles.. o Install new catch basin as shown on plans. o Replace and or reset portions of granite curbing as shown on plans. o Construct new sidewalk and install new detectable warning fields (ramps) as shown on the plans. o Install new RRFB's as shown on plans
