Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for Acadia National Park, Project ME NP ACAD BRG(2), Solicitation Number 693C73-27-B-000002, located in Hancock County, Maine. The project consists of repair of Main Route 233, Paradise Hill, and Frazer Creek Bridges. The work includes reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavement and aggregate base course, placement of structural backfill, cleaning and removing debris from weepholes and inlets, cleaning and sealing joints, erosion repair, repointing mortar joints, placing waterproofing membrane to improve the service life, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $2,000,000 to $3,000,000.
