Business Facade Grant Project - 3 Main Street The owners of the building located at 3 Main Street, Belfast, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide individual bids for the following services: Replace second-story fascia board and corner boards, remove current lighting fixtures, install 11 new windows, remove all siding shakes and replace with plastic shakes. This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply for this project.
