Renovation of an educational facility in Holden, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work Summary: Remove existing unit ventilators throughout the building. Install new Energy Recovery Units, Cabinet Unit Heaters, ductwork, hot water coils, and piping. Install new electrical panel. A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond. Performance Bond and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the value of the work, are required. The Davis Bacon Act applies to this project. The work to be performed under this contract shall be completed within 180 days of the contract date.For each calendar day the project remains uncompleted $300.00 shall be charged as liquidated damages
