Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Farmington, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Demolition of all exterior wall faade material including vinyl siding, brick faade and louvers, on the main gymnasium building, (excluding these areas: locker rooms, offices, weight room and south side pool area). Replace with new insulated metal panels, louvers and replace any water damaged insulation found during demolition process. Demolition and replacement of interior gypsum wallboard at all water damaged locations. Excluded areas shall be bid as an alternate/option to the base contract. Any questions related to the plans and specifications must be submitted prior to 5pm on December 22nd, 2022, via email to Thomas Perkins, PE; tperkins@dirigoae.com. Responses to the questions will be provided by 5:00 PM on December 29th, 2022 Completion Date: February 1, 2024.
