Project will be rebid in October 7th, 2025.** On behalf of the homeowner, the City of Biddeford Housing Rehabilitation Office is requesting bids from licensed and qualified lead abatement contractors for the rehabilitation of the multifamily property located at 100 Graham St. Biddeford, ME 04005. The contractor shall be required to complete work as specified and outlined in the "Bid Specifications & Bid Request Forms" included herein. This project is funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is contingent upon funding availability. All rules and regulations related to such funding shall apply. The homeowner expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids.
