Site work and renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Brooksville, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project site is the existing Salt Sand Storage Area adjacent to the Town Office. The Scope of Work includes framing and finishing a 50' x 100' wood framed building with 16' side walls, one entry door and one overhead door. The Electrical Service, interior and exterior lighting, and ventilation is also included. Sitework and Concrete will be completed in 2025. Building Construction is proposed to begin on or after June 1, 2026. Completion shall be on or before September 30, 2026. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond prepared on the form included in the Bid Documents duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5 %) of the Bid. No pre-bid meeting is required.
