Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Desert, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to replace the gatehouse boilers as detailed in the Specifications and Drawings, included with the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 10 calendar days prior to the due date and time for proposals.
