ACAD 255256 - Replace Harden Farm Sewage System With Connection to Municipal Facilities See the attached solicitation package. This procurement is being conducted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NPS plans to host a presolicitation meeting at the project site. This meeting has not yet been scheduled, but will be scheduled soon via an amendment to the solicitation. The Work includes construction of a new sewer pump station and sewer forcemain to serve current and future sewer demand for year-round employee housing. The new sewer pump station wet well will be connected to a gravity sewer network to be installed in the housing development under separate contract. The sewer forcemain will be connected to an existing sewer manhole in the Municipal system on Great Meadow Drive. This work includes extending the three-phase electrical service along Kebo Street as well as electrical and mechanical work to support the new pump station. This also includes upgrades to the existing electrical service near the gate on Great Meadow Drive, and extension of electrical service along Great Meadow Drive to power the heat trace system at Great Meadow Crossing. After completion of the new pump station and forcemain, the existing septic and pre-treatment tanks and drip hose disposal system shall be demolished. Contractor is responsible for the legal disposal of all waste.
