Renovation of an educational facility in Calais, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Exterior Doors Replacement- Wc2426 Exterior Doors Replacement Washington County Community College, hereinafter referred to as WCCC, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the removal, disposal, and installation of three replacement hollow metal entrance doors. Due to budget constraints the college reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals. In addition, the college reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid if that bid is contrary to the best interest of WCCC. Scope of Work: Each hollow, metal exterior door measures 35 1/2 " x 83 1/4 ". Please include 2 separate quotes for each door: 1) metal 2) half lite glass and metal. Please have doors primed gray or white and include frames, hinges, and closers. Please exclude knobs, painting, and electrical. All salvage, debris, and excess materials must be cleaned from site at project completion.
