Renovation of a municipal facility in Calais, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Repair and restoration of the brick exterior of the front City Building located on Church Street. The propose of this bid is for the repair and /or replacement of the damaged or missing brick on the front of the city building located on Church Street. Also, this bid includes grinding out any cracked or split mortar joints 3/4 " deep, clean these areas and re-point. Replacement brick must be approved by City Manager prior to installation. The restoration washed clean all brick areas with a power washer. Clean the site and remove all debris once work is complete. Contractor is responsible for erection and removal of staging, man lifts, scaffolding and other equipment used on the project.
