Construction of a Pedestrian Bridge on Rawson Avenue, in Camden WIN: 025095.01 Outline of Work: Construction of a pedestrian bridge on Rawson Avenue, in Camden, approximately 0.5 mile from Washington Street. The basis of award will be the lowest total base bid. For project-specific questions, please fill out the attached RFI Form and email it to cfournier@hebengineers.com, with the project name and WIN in the subject line. General questions may be directed to Christopher Fournier at (207) 803-8265. Bidders shall not contact anyone else for clarification of contract provisions. Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided by the Town and must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashiers check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order for 5% of the bid amount, payable to Town of Camden, as a Bid Guaranty. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each for 100% of the Contract price, shall be required of the successful Bidder.
