Site work for a water / sewer project in Cape Eliz, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the construction of at least two (2) Contech Filterra Units and up to four (4) with bid alternates, to treat stormwater along Route 77. This work also includes excavation, paving, curbing, and all other associated work to install the new structures. Each bidder must submit a single sealed envelope, marked accordingly. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price in the form of a certified check or bid bond. The successful bidder must, within 10 calendar days after Notice of Award, provide signed Agreement copies, a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Payment Bond, and Insurance Policy, and begin contract execution within 10 days after the Notice to Proceed. Listing of subcontractors and suppliers must be delivered within five days after the receipt of bids. Combining bonds of subcontractors is not acceptable. Questions must be submitted in writing. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 All questions are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
